Refunds, Rescheduling and Cancellations
Due to the preparation involved and the personalized nature of this service, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
You may request to reschedule your live session one time, with a minimum of 12 hours' notice, by emailing me at hello@illumeadvisorygroup.co. Requests to reschedule made with less than 12 hours of notice are not guaranteed and may result in forfeiture of the session.
If you fail to attend your scheduled session without notice, this is considered a no-show and will result in forfeiture of the session. If you arrive to your session up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, the session will be completed with the remaining time left; this will result in less time to complete the full scope of the reading. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, this is considered a no-show and will result in forfeiture of the session.
In the event that Illume Advisory Group LLC or Monique Fields must cancel or reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Technology & Connectivity
Sessions are conducted online via Zoom. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and access to the required technology at the time of the session.
If technical difficulties occur on the client’s end that prevent the session from taking place, the session will proceed within the remaining scheduled time or may be considered a late cancellation or no-show depending on the circumstances.
If technical issues occur on the Illume Advisory Group LLC's end that prevent the session from taking place, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Client Readiness & Participation
Clients are expected to arrive to sessions present and able to meaningfully engage.
Illume Advisory Group LLC reserves the right to end or reschedule a session if a client appears unable to participate due to intoxication, disruptive behavior, or other circumstances that interfere with the session. In such cases, the session may be considered forfeited at the discretion of Illume Advisory Group LLC.
